About Vector | WA
What this is, how it works, and why it's free.
1 · What Vector | WA is

Vector | WA tracks every bill in the Washington State Legislature, scores its trajectory from 0 to 99, and refreshes nightly. The score blends five signals — committee placement, sponsor profile, momentum, historical pass rates, and fiscal note size — calibrated against thousands of past bills with known outcomes.

Built for anyone who works with Washington State legislation: staff, advocates, lobbyists, journalists, researchers, and the public. One job: make the public record readable.

2 · Why it's free

The underlying data — bill text, sponsors, committee actions, votes, fiscal notes — is already public. The Legislature publishes it. This site just makes it scannable.

No ads. No upsells. No tracking pixels. The site runs on a small budget and is designed to stay that way.

3 · What it looks like

Six screenshots of the app in actual use — same surfaces a lobbyist, journalist, or staffer would land on day one.
